8 Week Wellness Program.

Our 8 week wellness program is the perfect way to get started with Nutritional Therapy. In this 8 week program, you will work 1:1 with Andrea to:

  • Review completed intake forms and food/mood journal

  • Discuss and set goals; dietary and lifestyle

  • Education tools: learning to read food labels, pantry clean out 101

  • Create a bio-individual nutrition program

  • Develop two, 7 day meal plans

  • Two ½ hour virtual sessions a week to review progress and make changes as necessary
